COLA increases since wages havent kept up with the rising cost of living over the last several decades
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Allowing remote work and not leaving it 100% up to that person's management. Most C-levels are disconnected from what their lower level employees want or need to inspire company loyalty.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My best friend works here as well, so they make work worth while. However, having to come into office twice a week adds to my stress and decreases the quality of work/life balance
