I was able to make a competitive wage for what I do and I had one less concern on my plate.

I feel like I have a grip on the big picture and I am able to affect that with the work that I do.

They treat me as a human and not a number. Many years in the workforce and I have yet to experience that with other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is small but I do love having those relationships with them. I am very grateful to have access to the knowledge they have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I was offered my position, I enjoyed the conversation that I had with Jason Stead. Seemed like he cared and wanted to make sure that I was okay.
