I have worked here for almost 37 years. The company is always evolving. It is a company that I am proud of and can see that it has a good solid future.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact that I can still participate in the vision and dental plans, even though I opt out of medical since I get it from my spouse.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way they have been communicating a lot more since the start of COVID. It seems to be carrying-over to the present. I appreciate leadership trying to say in contact with all of us as a company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with are by far the main reason I am most happy going to work. That and the fact that I work for a company the encourages ongoing learning and appreciates the knowledge of those who have been around for a while.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's ability to encourage diversity. Our company is very diverse. But not only in numbers and stats, but in culture as well. Meaning that our company encourages and promotes learning about the culture of the people you work with not only on your team but on other teams as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team's dynamic is very impressive. We all get along very well and they make my days very enjoyable. They are all very knowledgeable in their specific domains and I know I count on any one of them for any type of knowledge transfer. Our direct manager encourages us to share our knowledge,
