What do you like best about the leadership team?

my direct boss (sr. director) is fantastic. Everyone beyond that is not communicative, feels like they don't care about us, it is disconnected.

What are some of the best things about your team?

For the ones I do communicate with, we are cordial, respectful, and we communicate!!! There are teams we SHOULD be working with, that just don't respond. They don't respond unless we CC someone of higher authority. It is ridiculous.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of work that is put on our team is the equivalent of double the amount of people. The expectation is not fair when we are all high producers of work. Yet, we can't add people to our team...because "budget"

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I am remote. It allows me balance in life. Some days I work 7 hours, some days, I work 11. Most days I work 9. The flexibility is nice. This is NOT the same for those that are supposed to be in-office.

What makes you most happy at work?

People, Pay, Project. The philosophy is that if you have 2-3 of these, you are doing ok. If you are down to 1, you need to move on. I have all 3. I like the immediate team I work with, i get paid (it pays the bills, but I definitely deserve more), and i enjoy my projects/work.
