Everyone at Choice is nice. Little negativity or unethical corporate politics. Objectives and ratings are a fair process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its competitive to market. Hopefully COLA adjustments keep happening even in bad economies. 2-3% salary raises per year are meant to be constantly applied. The $500 hotel benefit is amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strategic Growth Mindset. Team strives to source accretive financial deals at a reasonable cost. Backing away from WH deal when the cost rose too high was wise. Woodspring acquisition was well planned and is a leader in its space. Noha has utilized celebrities in advertisements amazingly.
