Like any company, we have our challenges, but overall I love doing what I do, and I love working with the many people I talk to on a daily basis. Everyone seems motivated to help the broader company succeed, even if they have criticism about the way we operate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All-in value and structure is well balanced and motivates performance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Corporate identity, associate inspiration, and attraction/retention of top leadership talent. Leadership and change management through major re-org. VP+ accountability and alignment for delivering results and promised capabilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supportive atmosphere. While silos and protectionism exist, these are the exceptions. For the most part, everyone is excited to tackle problems together and make friends along the way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Excitement and engagement of the people I work with. I also enjoy the challenge... we have a lot to work through, and the problem-solving itself is something I love to do.

Incredibly supportive environment where it is a part of our culture to lift up others and succeed together. Choice associates are some of the most dedicated and proud that I have ever worked with. Our associates are the best part about Choice.
