I think our CEO represents the type of culture we should see throughout the company. Though not all adhere to that.

My flexibility with work. The team I work with. My belief in the culture and diversity that is supported in our company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team! I have a great team, including my manager and up to our VP. They all care about each other, support and help whenever needed. Are not afraid to share info.
