I have seen a lot of changes over the years. Like every company, most are positive the general pulse is that there is genuine care for your mental well being and flexibility with your schedule especially if you have a family. Most teams are small but that does allow you to interact with c-suite alot

A few of them do have the best intentions for the company and the people who work there.

We started as a family company and that thread is still woven through all the things the company does.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
From a pay perspective, they have always been behind other competitors. They need to reevaluate the living cost and not add it as your merit increase

My team is wonderful! We are friends, colleagues, and direct reports, which is built on trust and autonomy to make decisions. We truly are a team and I am very grateful to be with them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very personable- they came in prepared and felt like they reviewed my resume before they entered. They even gave a little gift thanking me for taking time out of my schedule to meet with them

Not only do we talk the talk but most importantly we walk the walk. They strive to create a culture that is inviting and open- you can really see that when you start. We have events where our top executives even show up, mingle & have fun. We have resource groups you can join and meet new people!
