What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they make an effort to communicate with the regular Town Halls and other meetings and communications, which I appreciate. Transparency is important to having everyone feel invested and understand the rationale for certain decisions and priorities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think employees should receive more of a healthy bonus as there is a great disparity in the amounts depending on your seniority level, which of course makes sense, but if you gave more generous bonuses, I think you would incentivize those at all levels to do their best, and you retain talent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think they are always striving to do their best. I have seen an opening up to ideas from all levels of the organization. They are forward thinking. I think Choice needs to invest more in the customer experience, even if it comes at a loss, as it will ultimately help the company retain customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I wanted to clarify by customers that it tends to be people complaining. I know there are satisfied customers as well. At work, being able to be innovative, to implement things that are new with a test and learn approach is crucial for staying engaged. A clear path and a centered team working toget
