My team is very innovative and collaborative - we're able to work across the organization to solve problems in new ways.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued, but I think Choice tends to be a more fiscally conservative company and for a small organization that runs leanly, there's room to pay associates on the higher end of the market.
