Choice strives to make employees happy. However, there are your typical company politics and favoritism that occurs. Each team is different but typically teams a close-knit. Overall, my experience has been okay.

We are able to work cross functionally, which excites me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of our core values are being "Welcome, Wanted, and Respected" which are somewhat followed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and set a great example of what it takes to get to the level you strive to be at.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy working alongside of some of my team members. No team is perfect, but for the most part we mesh well and can enjoy each other's company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Several departments underpay what market pricing is for certain roles. Cost of living is not taken into account. There is a very significant different in pay gay between certain professional levels, even if the professional level is just one level above.
