What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have appreciated Pat's empathy and compassion throughout this challenging time. I feel he truly cares about us as associates as well as the franchisees. I feel he has been the best leadership we could have had during this crisis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had previously learned that my male counterparts were making significantly more money than both myself and my female counterpart. Fortunately my manager at the time caught this and fixed this, but honestly the gap in salary was so large that it was very insulting when I discovered this.
