Overall my experience at Choice has been positive. Despite the some of the negative experiences I've had within my department, the positive interactions I've had with other Choice associates have made up for it.

Overall, the people are Choice are very friendly and welcoming.
What makes you most happy at work?
Executing my projects correctly and enabling others to get their work done because I've done my part.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus package. However, you can only get bonuses at the Director level. I believe all employees should be able to participate in the bonus pool.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive leadership team is making strides to establish a new culture at Choice. Over the last two years, there are has been a visible effort in listening to and recognizing employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are certain team members who are truly vested in working as a team. I truly enjoy working with them. There are other team members who are only concerned about themselves and their advancement. It's hard to work with these people.
