They're collaborative and they're focused on problem solving. Even when times are challenging and there's a lot of work to be done, everyone approaches it with a positive attitude and works to get it done well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive thing is everyone's attitude and willingness to help each other out. I've never reached out to anyone who hasn't been willing to step in and help or direct me to the right person.
