The work that I do
Most of the leadership team members are approachable with all levels of staff and thoughtful in their strategy/approach.
While it is a bit fast paced, there is still a sense of responsibility to show integrity and respect to your fellow peers
While Choice has rolled out a career framework to ensure consistency between skill set, role, and compensation there are still gaps in the process. This has led to several ill prepared associates to get promoted without the proper management or technical skills, needed to succeed.
