It is relaxed in the sense that we can be ourselves while still adhering to company values.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We help each other out and can count on each other. I feel at ease with them and not under pressure to conform.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual "merit increases" don't seem to be based on merit. For getting an excellent year-end review the "merit increase" might vary by a 1/2 percentage over lower performing colleagues with a not so good year end review.
