I have the most supportive and fun team! We ensure that each of us is heard and feels valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is good and I love the holidays we get paid off that on top of our paid vacation and PTO days. Also the ability to work remote occasionally is nice.

I love that our company encourages cultural diversity. One of the many ways they show this, is to give us cultural awareness days, that don't count against our vacation or PTO time. We also have amazing ERG's that host a variety of activities for our associates.
