The only constant at Choice is change. Some of those changes are welcome, and some are met with resistance. I like working for Choice so that both can be experienced and I can learn and grow with the company.

Helpful in developing areas that need developing and learning things that maybe weren't covered in training or are unique situations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I work for a company that continues to grow it's portfolio in the hospitality market, and has long term stability. People will always travel, and when they do, Choice gives them a place to stay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The department got smaller over time, with more employees leaving and no new employees being brought on. Without filling those positions, the responsibilities of those former employees fell onto the rest of the staff still employed. No compensation increase was given for increased responsibilities.
