I love working for Choice and have been please with our handling of the pandemic for our associates. I hope to grow within the company.

I love the variation of my work days. No two days are the same!

Willingness to assist when we need each other. Broad mixture of strengths makes us all stronger.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CRG's help groups come together. Try to keep things light where we can but this has been a challenging year.

Pat Pacious articulates clearly his vision and opportunities for the company to grow. I love the direction the company is moving.

Pat's clarity and vision and authenticity throughout this year has been unbelievable. I wish all of his executive team were as authentic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that I am paid fairly for the work I do for Choice. I'm happy with my overall pay and benefits.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was the annual bonus and the 401k match until this year but I understand why it was paused. I just hope the bonuses come back as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do move at a very fast pace, but are equipped to tackle the assignments given. We have a very caring culture allowing for feedback and valued as an employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have such a feeling of family with my Choice colleagues. I've never had the measure of quality connections with former companies I have worked. I look at many of my team mates as family.
