Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
not getting much raise in compensation after promotion, seeing lower level associates with better compensation in the same company. maybe bonus for incentives?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we promote diversity and we encourage individual development. There's not many companies that offers horizontal career movement, but in Choice, analysts can become a developer if they choose to and vice versa.
