That the cost has not increased drastically over the past couple of years.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on projects with a team member, learning new skills, assisting a franchisee with a specific problem, creating learning modules that will benefit an employee or customer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they focus on people not just on profit. For many years, profitability seemed to be the driving force. Which I do understand, without profit, we wouldn't survive. However, for the last couple of years, the focus was on diversity and inclusion. Everyone is welcome, everyone is respected.
