Choice is a family and you are treated well, just overworked. Each department/domain is managed very differently, pending where you are, your situations are different.
The co workers I am surrounded by
They are looking towards the future!
The leadership team does communicate well.
they act as a family and enjoy being around each other.
Everyone seems to care about each other very much. Even on bad days, everyone is like a family.
Most people in the company are extremely friendly and have created a family like environment. Relationships are easy to build due to the culture and environment that exist.
I make about as much as my tier 3 does, Choice employees who are promoted within make less than people being brought off the street. It is a very confusing way to keep employees.
Team work and communication needs to improve across all departments. Knowing what others do and how we can work closer together. Projects are rolled out without consideration of end users and other teams are left to clean up post facto.
The struggle is with people who are unwilling to have a growth mindset, unwilling to change things for better because it may be difficult. Also contributing would be understaffed and overworked. Less people but the amount of work is only growing.
The leadership team doesn't seem to understand what it is that we do, meetings with leadership never mention relatable items. Compensation needs to be reviewed based off of inflation, promotions are internal if there is a right fit, but you are paid more if you leave and come back.
