The level of communication. I feel that there aren't barriers between me and my leadership. This helps me feel comfortable with casual and professional interactions.

I believe my pay is reasonable given my experience, skills and education level. I also feel the benefits team has worked hard to provide creative ways to add benefits and services to the employees of Choice.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning, achieving, innovating, and inspiring. I believe this company can provide opportunities for all of the above if you are willing to stretch yourself a little and reach outside your comfort zone. I believe those who do, will find some level of success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
again, open communication. I feel that I can participate in fun causal conversation, important professional discussion and communicate any difficult feedback or concerns. I believe it's important to harbor a team that knows they can speak candidly and separate emotions when it really counts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe the culture here can inspire individuals to make a connection with strangers. I can say anecdotally; I held a 5 minute casual conversation with a stranger while making coffee. I realized later that person I was conversing with was a VP. I would have never known. Happens all the time.
