Completing projects in a timely manner, providing support that promotes clients/hotels success.

Getting to do what I love and working with my team to support the franchisees success.

Pat is transparent, a great communicator and seems to genuinely care about the employees and the franchises.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The minimum for my job pay is 30K more than I make according to our own internal measures.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like family, we care about one another and are always willing to help each other with our work load.
