Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual pay increase doesn't match inflation. I could probably switch companies and make more.

I have known my immediate team for over 10 years. We are definitely a work family.

Yearly raises are nice but they do not keep up inflation. I could probably switch companies and get paid more.

They seem to care about the people as well as goals. They have a plan and are good at communicating it and making changes as needed.

We have been working together for almost 14 years. We have seen each other get married and have kids and see kids go out on their own.

The current leadership team seems to care about the employees as well as the bottom line. You are encouraged and equipped to find a position that satisfies you; even if it is not with Choice.
