It's pretty good overall; I think we could improve on staffing for back ups in technology. I've had a mostly positive experience.

I have a broader skill set than what I was hired for and I'm below market by 5%.

The challenges of keeping my infrastructure going - keeping the lights on and supporting my team makes me happy.

The environment is great - I have a few people that are cool to work with and I feel more comfortable here than other workplaces.
