There's a focus on how the employee contributes to objectives, but little focus on helping with career development in the org.

There are good people who work here. Supervisors seem to have the best interest of the employee at heart.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unrealistic workload and masked by the popular term "lean team". We're understaffed and underpaid for the work we're expected to do (most times, people are doing the jobs of 2-3 people).
