I started working here as a temporary job... in 1998. I have no intentions of going anywhere. Not only are we treated as valuable employees, we are treated as valuable human beings. I doubt I could find a company anywhere that would make me feel as welcome and important as I do here.

There is transparency and frequent communication about the direction of the company and industry.

The Choice team has become one huge extended family. Support both professionally and personally comes from all levels within the organization.

We are like a giant family. If anyone is struggling, they don't ever have to struggle alone. Everyone is very supportive and we're all team players, its bred into us from day one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership is fully transparent so you can always connect the dots between your own work or projects and the company's yearly goals. You get the sense of accomplishment in knowing your work actually matters every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Even though I work remotely, I'm never 'alone'. I always know there are people here to support me, cheer me on, help me achieve my career goals, and that also care about me as a person.

How clear it is that Choice is invested in the well-being of every single person that works here. There are amazing 'little things' our benefits provide that just contribute to overall physical and mental health far beyond just providing insurance coverage.

Choice is the most inclusive and diverse company I've ever worked for. Every level of leadership all the way up to the executive team makes themselves available to everyone to talk about anything. Every person matters. Every idea matters. Innovation is encouraged.

My coworkers have become amazing friends. I am always challenged with my work, but comfortably. I never have time to be bored or become complacent. The work evolves so much that we are always learning new things. The company promotes growth both personally and professionally.
