solving those puzzles which produce issues for our customers. Finding better, more efficient ways to solve those puzzles or automate the repetitive stuff.

Enthusiastic, go-getters who do not wait to be told what to do while at the same time, willing to interact and have fun outside of the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everybody is working towards a common goal despite being on separate teams. While another team may not be able to directly support your initiative, they will not knock it down.
