The pay & benefit packages are great but I often feel underappreciated. Most conversations w/ my manager reflect an emphasis placed on minutiae that isn't impactful. Mgmt structure within our department is too robust and many projects seem to be rolled out to prove their worth (busy work).

Helping owners thru hard times and making them money
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits and vacation time - also thought the new "Covid" days were a nice touch.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is always willing to help and assist any way they can. Lots of great ideas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lots of great new ideas but the implementation of the ideas often has flaws and doesn't appear as though it was thought through.
