I love how willing my team is to mentor each other and how well we work together. They feel like friends and family more than colleagues

I have 4 teams and they are all fantastic. Everyone works together and pitches in if needed to get things done. Everyone is welcoming, caring and overall make it fun to come to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is invested in me as a person as well as an employee. They genuinely care about us and our wellbeing, not just the bottom line. I feel seen and heard and appreciated.
