Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've worked here for nearly 20 years, and I've seen Choice grow exponentially, but we still have that "family" culture and there's a down-to-earthness about everyone but at the same time, a sense of urgency. Achievements are regularly celebrated and new innovation can come from literally ANYONE here
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the flexibility and working from home.

We're driven, we work well together and there's good communication.

Everyone is so welcoming and inviting. We ARE in the hospitality industry after all!

They listen to their employees. They're open to feedback, new ideas and they're approachable for anything.

It's very inclusive and authentic. I WANT to be here. I LOVE my job, and I love the people I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I can make a client's life easier/solve a problem for them while simultaneously directing business to a franchisee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really feel like a valuable part of the company. They communicate top-line decisions and goal status regularly with all associates and how our jobs relate to the big picture. Their energy motivates me to want to do my best to help the company achieve our goals. It really feels like we're one team.
