I've more than enjoyed the experience and have grown so much. Its a business that feels like a family at times. Going from working w/the C level executives to a individual contributor manager role w/out directs has been successful due to the support from the executives & others.

When all the logins work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In the Phoenix locations we have a more relaxed feeling it feels more team like or supportive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our insurance benefits have pretty much remained the same. Personal days are awesome. Being Well days showed Choice cares about my well being & my family likes that!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear honest communication. I get the sense at least w/Pat he is being his unique self when communicating, which conveys honesty and I can buy into his leadership style.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each others back! We can joke around with each other, which builds our relationship. We don't take ourselves too seriously. I know I can go to my team member when I need help!
