What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a joint venture with everyone bringing something to the table.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy deep dive problem solving (without inturruption). Hunting the wild and elusive code bug is pure fun. Software development in general is fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At a time of crisis, they realized what ther job was, what there focus should be and stepped up to get things done. While they have their faults, this places them in the rare category. I hope they continue to do so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My wife's health and vison benefits are WAY BETTER, so I use her benifit plan rather then what has been offered by Choice over the last few years. However, I do participate in the ADD, Life Insurance and others which are nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
While not a large team, it is a very diverse team (in many ways) with everyone bringing something to the table. It was nicer when we were not limited to zoom meetings, but they are still great and excelent at what they do.
