The overall caring of us as individuals and our well being combined with an overall environment of everyone matters all the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing results that support our franchisees and their goals. When the franchisee recognizes our collaborative efforts are actioned with their needs in mind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their goals and actions towards inclusivity. Tackling tough topics with open conversation and promoting that at all levels. Calm and decisive leadership during tumultuous times.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's hard to determine what part of the compensation package is most beneficial. I see such strong need either now or in the future for every aspect of our benefit package and feel confident I am well taken care of.
