I enjoy my job, I am pretty good at it. I have a good working relationship with my boss. However, I do feel that I am always asked to set goals to do additional work, but see no opportunity for promotion or substantial raise to compensate for all that I do outside of my job.

My job! I love what I do and my team is pretty awesome
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team! Our boss has done an excellent job of combining Rockville and Phoenix and we work together really well!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a culture that encourages learning and growing, however being so busy, it is hard to be able to take advantage of of it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am a problem solver that is not used to the fullest extent. I feel left out frequently in issues that ultimately end up on my plate to take care of later.
