No barriers, we can communicate about almost anything - work related or not.

Ireally thought with the my experience and tenure in the field I should have gotten threeweeks vacation instead of two.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The entire staff in Scottsdale are approachable, and all of the groups for folks with many different interests and backgrounds.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market for experienced analysts is warming up, - if compensation was trying to keep up with inflation, that would help.

Lots of communcation from our leaders about what we are doing as a company, and if we are seeing the exected results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusiveness. Everyone is welcoming. Why woud I want to join the cricket team - becasue they would welcome me if I asked to play.
