The ability to have options and pick what works best for the individual

Commuication! You can never over communicate the goals, data and achievment. Also, the inclusion of all is key to our success
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It is difficult to say exactly when we work virtually. The in person team meetings/trainings are valuable for someone to be inclusive and have the idea exchange is invaluable. That portion cannot be done virtually. The interaction that occurs in those meetings is more of an exchange.
