
When I am referring to leadership I am referring to my direct supervisors in our Department. With that said, I like that they are interested in improving the relationship we have with our client base since this is vital to my success and role in the company.
When I first started my role with Choice compensation was never my prime focus, since the benefits that Choice provides makes up for the lower salary. However after being with the company for as long as I have between annual raises and investment opportunities this would be more evenly weighted.
When I first started with Choice moral was exceptional high and my co workers would freely voice concerns, opinions and ways to try and improve the company. More recently moral has declined and co workers are now less likely to share as honestly out of fear being let go which is disappointing.
