Our team is very supportive, collaborative and genuinely cares about one another and that comes directly from our leadership from Janis.
What makes you most happy at work?
The sense of accomplishment and the control I have over my day and the work that I get done. My leader really believes in me and my ability and allows me to be open with my recommendations and take risks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think this year more than ever before they have been more visible, invested in the associates and transparent about things that are going on. I really appreciate Pat's meetings and including directors in SLT meetings, previously communication was very infrequent.
