We are paid WELL below industry average. Those is company wide, from entry level to management.

The perks could be achieved only if the whole campaign goes well , if we have low open rate of the messages ( I can't effect it ) I won't have any perks since the number of responses won't be enough.

CIENCE has done great to set up collaborative spaces and platforms (i.e. Slack, meeting cadences, 1:1s, TLTs, All Hands). I get a lot of cross-department exposure and feel like I am hearing most things "from the horse's mouth" (EQ, Maynes, John).

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improved communication between departments so that there are no communication mishaps

the team leader ignores me as a person. no friendly contact. I sometimes think that Team Leader has become a star, and considers it normal to communicate in an orderly tone (which is completely at odds with what kind of relationship with the authorities I was promised when I was hired)

I have tried suggesting things but I am looked at as negative. The research team is not that good. They put in associates and coordinators, and the direct dials they add are people fathers, mothers, and everyone in between. Also, they add people's personal cells.
