What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is very transparent and open but the best part is that they enjoy what they do and they go out of their way to bring joy to the rest of the CivicActions team.

The practice the openness and supportive environment that so many management books preach, and so managers read. At CivicActions the management team actually puts there egos aside and puts it into practice.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They have a great retirement matching policy. The health insurance has many options for different people.

Considering CivicActions is picky about the work it brings in, so that we are only working on projects that actually make the world a better place, it is awesome to be paid industry average. Good warmth of a nonprofit with a for profit salary!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is very supportive and positive towards each other. We are not competitors, we are friends.

All of my team members are senior-level in their respective roles. No one needs babysitting and everyone is accountable to each other.

Everyone pulls their weight. No one here is that person you dread showing up to a meeting with because they will only throw up obstacles. Everyone here is working to make things better, not just collect their salary.

My coworkers and reading their comments on Slack. No one takes themselves too seriously and we strive to bring joy and happiness to each other every day.
