What is the best part about your compensation package?
the basic salary 117k, the commission plan is good

Unplugged days which are not directly monetary but they are so cool.

Cloudera is taking good care of their employee and a something I never saw in other company: Un-plugged mandatory days where you are supposed to take of yourself and relatives and given on top of paid off dyas
