What is the best part about your compensation package?
The whole package! Open PTO, yearly raises, success planning, 401K, early release Fridays all year long.

It's hard to just pick one thing. So many perks that are all so impressive. Newest perk is open PTO package, pet bereavement and additional company holidays.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're only required to work a hybrid model in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, business casual attire, free soft drinks, water, coffee/tea and lunch/breakfast at times. People are engaged, challenged and happy to be here.
