Would be nice to be rewarded more for the amount of business we bring in.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are close knit, and dependable. I could ask anyone on my team to do something for my in an emergency and they would get right on it. We also are always laughing and joking around, which helps the stress of tougher days in the sales roles.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The openness and discussion of cultures and ideas. Our People and Culture team give us a platform to be open with each other and spread awareness. That and the ability to leave work at work and enjoy your time off. This creates of the dynamic of work hard, and enjoy the results of your hard work.

The constant learning environment. Everyone in the sales teams are always wondering how and what they can do to do better. So even though the competitive aspect of sales is there, you can still ask the person in 1st place advice to help you grow.
