Its market value and is subject to regular increase. We are also completely aware of any bonus: the amount, how it was arrived at and when it will be paid. This may seem like an odd comment, but I came from 3 years at Oracle where non of this was true.

Pay me my market rate:) Im about £50k short of what I know I could get in the marketplace - £30k-£40k short on base and £35k short on target bonus (40% base). Not going anywhere - having

Our 401k match has fallen behind the times to be competitive. Additionally, it seemed that we weighed heavily on the RSU part of total comp and lowered base salary, which I think should be corrected.

After 2 consecutive acquisition processes, I'm no longer sure that my salary is in line with the company's standards. I'd like to see a compensation review and reconciliation process.

It was fast. The period of time between first contact and offer was 7 days (5 working days) and that included 5 different interviews.
