Shift differential and the overtime and holiday pay

Outside of hourly wages which is better than any other company I have worked for in AZ, I am in control of how much I make in my bonuses, by my own attitude and how I apply myself. There is no one within this company who is power tripping or keeps me from my goals

Open communication, Actual open door policy, the company encourages associates to make connections and meet people. Its the only company that I have worked for that actually practices the culture they preach. It is a win/win environment, the leaders lead by example, not preach and direct.
