communication and better training (more hands on and not limited to just my current role)

Micromanaging needs to stop & people in upper management with talking down to others needs to stop as well. Too much negativity in this environment

Focus more on internal needs as in recognizing employees in smaller branches and also with mental health. when someone states they are not in the right mental state and needs to go home but instead is pressured to continue working due to the company needs is unacceptable

I really can't say what is best as overall they believe we are paid fairly and the compensation overall is fair

We always hear about bonuses/compensation going out for other departments and Onboarding/Compliance never really have the same opportunities. We have no incentives to work towards when working 20+ files most weeks.

Pay isn't enough don't feel like there is job security. Keep piling on more work but not willing to compensate. My highschool teenage child is making 3 dollars and hour less than what I am and I've been working for almost 30 years

Pay should be based on performance. If you are performing at a high level, this should be reflected in your pay.

Compliance is pretty tight knit, and you can reach out at any time with questions or concerns

Our team has remained strong through out all of the changes over the last several months/year. We've lost team members, had very high workloads due to this and had overtime taken. Our team continues to support one another thorough it all.
