What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be better about making sure communication on changes are clear. It often feels like a great surprise with no planning before a procedure changes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be compensated adequately for the amount of work that is being asked of the HR Team. Expanding Operations = Expanding HR tasks to handle and it does not feel as if that is being taken into consideration.

I feel like for all of the job duties I have an the amount I work or expected to be on-call 24/7 the salary does not make up for it

Know their role within the company. Too many people trying to be in charge. I've seen leads ask people to do something and they definitely ignored their lead.

I believe the most positive aspect of our company's culture and environment is the general attitude of openness and the willingness to accept all for who they are and what they have to bring to the table.

Because we move so quickly everyone is working hard to reach a goal that is helping the entire country. You're surrounded by other people who are also/equally self motivated and goal focused.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Curative is chaotic at best with little direction to the future. The speed that it works at is detrimental to it's long-term success. The leaders that they put in place are toxic and many of them are bully's. They are very inexperienced.

All these temporary employees not the best idea. New people not being compliant with policy.

There is a need for streamlined processes to follow and better Work/Life balance. I would probably rate Work/Life balance at a zero.
