  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
    For me, its the attitude and work ethic of the people I work with directly on a day to day basis. I like that my manager encourages me to schedule one on one meetings every week so I can ensure I am developing in my career and that my efforts and priorities align with company goals.
  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
    I like that I have freedom (no micromanagement) to achieve goals and objectives of our business in the way that I want to and am empowered to make progress.
  • What makes you most happy at work?
    I love working in my particular field, but what makes me even happier is working with bright people outside of my field and learning from them. I get to do that a lot at Divergent. There are many bright people here. I'm growing tremendously.
